Working Around Water
July 14, 2011A workshop for municipal works staff, developers, contractors, and others who work in and around water. On March 30, 2011 participants learned about federal, provincial and municipal legislation, permits and authorizations, the impacts of road construction and maintenance on streams and wetlands and overcoming environmental challenges using appropriate mitigation techniques; and Best Management Practices.
